Nach gut 2 Jahren Bauzeit, schlaflosen N\u00e4chten f\u00fcr\u00a0Sr.\u00a0Loice, Mr.\u00a0Sakala\u00a0und Mr.\u00a0Masamba\u00a0ist es endlich vollendet \u2013 vorerst. In Zukunft entstehen auf demselben Gel\u00e4nde noch Lehrer H\u00e4user, das Kloster der Schwestern, eine\u00a0Examhalle\u00a0und ein Internat f\u00fcr Sch\u00fclerinnen. Als Teil des Orgateams musste ich auch sehr viel anpacken und mit planen. Lehrer und Administration haben sich untereinander Aufgaben aufgeteilt damit es zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf kommen konnte. W\u00e4hrend der Schulferien zwischen Term 1 und 2 war daf\u00fcr auch genug Zeit vorhanden. Alles musste nat\u00fcrlich perfekt laufen, wenn viele besondere G\u00e4ste kommen. Deswegen war ich auch in sehr vielen Bereichen mit eingebunden, von der Organisation der St\u00fchle bis hin zum Back-up Generator, falls der Strom mal wieder ausf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul Rund 600 eingeladenen G\u00e4ste inklusive Sch\u00fclerInnen,\u00a0LehrerInnen\u00a0und Eltern waren dort. Ebenfalls vertreten wurden die Organisationen, die den Bau der Schule erst erm\u00f6glicht hatten. Durch die Zusammenarbeit mit der irischen und deutschen Regierung waren sowohl der irische Botschafter als auch ein Vertreter der deutschen Botschaft vor Ort. Gehalten von 10 Priestern mit dem&nbsp;Vicar&nbsp;General&nbsp;of&nbsp;Lusaka&nbsp;Diocese,\nwar es ein sehr gelungener Start in die Festivit\u00e4t. Mit viel Gesang, Tanz und\neiner&nbsp;ausgewogenen&nbsp;ging die Messe \u00fcber zu dem symbolischen\nBaumpflanzen am Sportfeld. Jede Institution hat einen eigenen&nbsp;Avocado-&nbsp;oder\nPapayabaum gepflanzt als Zeichen des Gr\u00fcndens von etwas, was in Zukunft Fr\u00fcchte\ntragen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul Formelle Reden von Organisationen und Ehreng\u00e4sten hatten fast alle die gleiche Intention,\u00a0Sr.\u00a0Loice\u00a0Kashangura\u00a0f\u00fcr Ihre ausgesprochen gute Arbeit zu danken. Uwe\u00a0Bothur\u00a0hat daraufhin den Kontakt zur\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.umckaloabo-stiftung.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Umckaloabo (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Umckaloabo<\/a>\u00a0hergestellt, wo ich auch direkt in im Oktober 2017 bei dem Sponsorenlauf <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"\u201eAfrica\u00a0Run\u201c (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/africa-run.de\" target=\"_blank\">\u201eAfrica\u00a0Run\u201c<\/a> f\u00fcr den\u00a0Bau der Schule bei dem\u00a0Koeln-Marathon\u00a0teilgenommen habe. Von dem Zeitpunkt war die Vorfreude auf die Er\u00f6ffnung und Fertigstellung der Schule sehr gro\u00df.
